For our domestic supplement distribution companies we offer many shipping options. Our most common are: UPS, FedEx, USPS, Box Truck, and Freight. We always strive to get the very best prices for our customers and provide everyone with a tracking number to track your order.

 

All international manufacturing supplements shipments will be charged based on the weight and destination of their order. Payment is in US currency only. Our free shipping does not apply to international orders, sorry. We ask that you please be aware of local custom and importation laws. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. If an international package is returned to Nutra Group LLC, you will need to provide us an additional address within The United States to ship or arrange for pick up at our location.  We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office or associated with the product being returned to us.

If for whatever reason your manufacturing supplements order/package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund as all sales are final. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, if the order is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges associated with the return. There may also be various other shipping and handling fee that you will be responsible for as well that will be determined at the time of return.

 

We provide delivery confirmation and tracking for all orders. If you do not have your package when the tracking delivery confirmation shows your order delivered, please contact the carrier directly to locate your package. It often is at the carrier’s facility , not that of Nutra Group. We have no control of your package after delivery.

  • We purchase delivery confirmation and tracking for all orders. If you claim your package was not received and do not have your package when the tracking delivery confirmation states that it was indeed delivered, we have no control for your package after delivery. You must contact the carrier in your country to locate your package after a delivery confirmation shows delivery. It often is at the carrier’s facility at the carrier’s discretion, not that of Nutra Group.

  • International orders will take longer for delivery. Shipping can take days for express shipping to a couple weeks or longer. In limited situations it may take months. There are too many variables with international shipping, although there usually are not any issues. Rarely, but sometimes customs is waiting for you to pay additional fees, or they may refuse to even let the package come in. It is rare that a package gets lost. As stated above, Nutra Group is not responsible if you do not receive your package.
  • No refund of any kind will be issued for orders seized or destroyed by Customs.
